Just a friendly reminder:
*Before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health conditions, it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor.
*Also, let your instructor know if you have any injuries or health conditions, even if they’re chronic like high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, or pregnancy.
*Always listen to your body and heart. If you feel any discomfort, dizziness, or pain, modify the pose or stop altogether. ( When it happens just be still and focus on the breath. It’s not awkward at all. You are doing right thing!)
*If you don’t want hands-on assistance (touch), please place the adjustment permission card next to your mat each class. (Mood changes happens every day, so I respect your choice.)
